All right. Here it is. My New Year's resolution one month early.
I am going to do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred every day for the entire month of December. (Well, every day but Dec.1, but hey, there's 31 days in December, right?)
First up, some information about me. I am not an active person. In high school, my extra-curricular activities included school plays and show choir, not sports. I prefer pretty much anything to running. It's awful. However, I am not completely inactive either. I walk my dog every day. I don't have a car, so if I need to go somewhere, I have to walk to it (or take the bus). I don't get winded going up stairs and I won't turn down a chance to go hiking.
My diet is pretty much non-existent, but I am a pescatarian and I really like vegetables. I was vegetarian for 16 years, then since I've moved to the west coast, I started eating shrimp, mussels, clams. I was a vegetarian for moral reasons (I love animals and don't want them to suffer), but I have decided, after some research, that for this month, I will eat salmon (wild alaskan or organically farmed) and see how I feel at the end of the month. Then I will determine whether I will continue or not. Other than that, no real diet for me. (Oh, and I drink Diet Coke and that's about it, so I will try to up my intake of water and tea).
All right, here goes. My body type. Oh boy. I call myself Chublet and I think that's a pretty good description. I am certainly not fat. Some people might even place me on the skinny side (people who are wrong). But I have never been in shape and I do have one very big problem area - my stomach. Seriously, I look like I am in my second trimester (eternally).

I just ordered a fancy new scale off Groupon, so as soon as I get it, I will be able to add more info to this - fat content, etc.
Okay, so that's that. Let's do this.
