Day 2:
Okay, that is much better. Today, I got all the way through the workout. Hooray! And check it out, it seems to get easier as it goes along, so that's nice.
Put the dog in the bedroom this time. She thanked me by peeing on the floor.
For lunch, I had spaghetti (whole wheat) with olive oil and parmesan cheese.
For dinner, I had salmon. It was weird.
I drank my water during the exercise, then diet coke, chocolate milk and finished off the tea I started yesterday.
