Day 4:
Okay, so I thought it would be tough to get motivated today, so I forced myself to exercise earlier (at ten, instead of my usual 11:30-ish). It was a good move because I didn't have this nagging "you haven't exercised yet" feeling. I think tomorrow I will do it first thing when I get up and see how that goes.
The dog peed on the floor again, so that's 3/4 for her. Way to go, puppy!
For breakfast, I finished off the cinnamon bread, which means I ate an entire loaf in three days. That's ridiculous.
For lunch, I had another Healthy Choice monstrosity. This was had nasty low-fat cheese in it. It was gross.
For dinner, Hamburger Helper lasagna (minus the hamburger), also not great. I also made brownie cupcakes and have currently eaten two of them. Not promising I won't have a third.
As far as drinks, I drank way more sassy water today, but still a lot of soda. Also, chocolate milk.
By the way, I measured myself today and discovered I have lost an inch and a half across my belly and half an inch across my waist. Curious to see if that holds up.
