Day 1:
Okay, so day 1 didn't go so hot. I put my dog in her kennel (which she has never been locked in) and she cried and I felt bad, plus the workout is hard, and I didn't want to do it anymore, so I only got halfway through it.
Then I rewarded myself with a nice piece of cheesecake, a large piece of cheesecake. : / Oops.
For lunch, I ate cold Chinese noodles and diet coke. For supper, I ate ballpark nachos - oh so healthy.
I did drink water during my workout and also some chocolate milk, sweet tea and propel, so I at least achieved one goal - drink less soda. Baby steps, people. :)
