Day 3:
Today, it was difficult to get motivated, but I did it. I am finding that my stamina is increasing, so that's nice, but I dread tomorrow's workout. I really hate Jillian Michaels. I kind of want to punch her in the face.
My dog is still peeing on the floor. Does anyone know how to make that stop? Anybody?
For breakfast, I had 4 or 5 slices of cinnamon bread. It was delicious.
For lunch, it was a Healthy Choice pasta dish. Not so great.
For dinner, I made the Chinese cold noodles I am oh so fond of.
For drinks - I drank my "sassy" (cucumber, ginger, mint and lemon infused) water during my exercise and then once again in the evening. More chocolate milk and lots of diet coke.
